Biography

 

Leyli Golzar (Golsar) born in Lorestan -  IRAN – 19.08.1943 .

She is a poet , a journalist, a Painter, a writer and a sculptor .

She is a member of the Iranian writers association in exile  and international Pen .

Her first book that was published is entitled “ Freedom in captivity “  1975 Tehran.

As from 1994 she is a resident of the Netherlands at her arrival the first day in Amsterdam all the handbag was stolen.

Although missing her bag and poetry she started a new life and she wrote new poems.

“ Hallo Mr. thief ” was the first one, that means of “ Marc Baars “ translated in Hollandly  language.

She also made new paints and had already several exilition  in Europe.

She is lusy in own atelier with stone sculptures .
